Nick Oliveiro, GM & Sommelier
Nick Oliveiro leads a small team of industry professionals at the downtown Toronto restaurant, Peter Pan Bistro.
Recently renovated, Peter Pan now contains a versatile event space. The addition of the event space means that along with managing an extensive global wine list that features classic regions, upcoming winemakers, and a solid range of wine to please every wine drinker, Oliveiro also manages the business side of the restaurant's events. Oliveiro also programs and leads curated wine tasting sessions for industry professionals and enthusiasts.
Before working at Peter Pan Bistro, Nick Oliveiro was the Beverage Manager for the multi-location Pizza Libretto.
